We also cultivate our own black and white Muntok pepper, grown in the same red Belitung soil that nourishes our coffee. Our black pepper is handpicked and sun-dried, producing a bold, woody flavor with floral notes and intense heat. Our white pepper is naturally fermented and sun-dried, creating a bright, grassy profile with a smooth finish. Both varieties are processed by hand and dried under the island sun, reflecting Belitung Bay’s commitment to small-scale, natural production and authentic island flavour.
